A national knowledge hub

Kista Science City is a national knowledge hub for cybersecurity, spearheaded by RISE Center for Cybersecurity and the strong research and master’s education at Stockholm University, along with research at FOI and several businesses with competence in the field. The latest addition in the area is Fujitsu’s newly opened Cybersecurity Operations Centre where they are monitoring the latest threats, responding to new security standards, and coming up with ways to deal with the issues primarily for customers in the public sector.

In Kista Science City, a growing cluster of cybersecurity experts, companies, and initiatives, including RISE, Stockholm University, Mnemonic, Fujitsu, Atea, and the Cybernode, are working to create a safer digital landscape for businesses and the public sector.
