ExtraliTalks: Evaluating mixed reality as a platform to monitor data on maps

Our friends at DSV invite you to an engaging seminar on the potential of Mixed Reality (MR) for data visualization and interaction.

During this seminar, MSc student Karan Dudeja will present his thesis, “Evaluating mixed reality as a platform to monitor data on maps.” His research investigates two interaction techniques—Poke and Gaze-Pinch—and two visualization approaches—Stationary and Non-stationary—for tracking moving objects on a map. The study evaluates how these techniques influence user experience, performance, and cognitive load, with potential applications in areas like transportation and logistics.

 No registration needed—just show up!
