Nordic Hackathon for coordinated health and social care
Join our friends at DSV and Health Data Sweden, in collaboration with Stockholm University and Karolinska Institutet, for a collaborative hackathon focused on improving healthcare for patients with multiple conditions. This first workshop will explore solutions for coordinated health and social care, setting the stage for follow-up sessions in January and March.
Open to researchers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders, the session provides an opportunity to collaborate on pressing healthcare challenges.
