Pathways to legal resilience – webinar

This webinar will discuss vulnerabilities in the legal system and the risk that these vulnerabilities may be exploited by other states.

It is important to develop methods for identifying legal vulnerabilities in the legal system so that the law can become more resilient.
At the same time, it is important to protect fundamental legal freedoms, rights, and other rule-of-law values.

This webinar will discuss the balance between these requirements based on three current examples:

• election interference,
• migration
• foreign investment.

This webinar is part of FOI’s self-initiated project Legal Resilience, and aimed at the public sector and individuals who work with legislation or law enforcement in some way.
